We had a fantastic experience with Thomas Markle Jewelers! Gilbert Reyna was our sales consultant, and he was knowledgeable about Tacori rings and excellent to work with. When purchasing something so important, we really made it a point to only purchase from someone who we felt was accommodating to us. Gilbert was never a pushy salesman, but really helped us when we asked for a specific things like bringing in the rings we wanted to see even if he had to get it from another location, wanting the diamond set a certain way in the ring, and letting us be there to actually watch the jeweler set the diamond in the ring to make sure we were happy with it. Gilbert took care of everything based on when our schedules would allow, which was usually on a Saturday so we appreciated that so much. Overall, excellent customer service!!!
