Each Thomas Markle Jewelers shipment is fully insured and will require a signature upon delivery. Since a signature is required, orders may be delivered to your place of work or another more convenient destination. In order to protect our clients against fraud, these alternate addresses need to be confirmed with your credit card or financing institution. To help expedite your order, simply call your issuing bank and provide them with your alternate address.
Thomas Markle Jewelers offers UPS shipping within the United States. In order for certain items to be shipped beyond Texas we may request you complete your purchase via wire transfer. If this is necessary for the item you have chosen, we will contact you with further instructions and your originally selected payment method will not be charged. At this time we are unable to ship internationally.
We require a signature for delivery.
You will receive a purchase confirmation via email once your credit card information has been verified and authenticated. You can expect our in-stock items to ship the same or next day. Special orders require additional time for processing and cannot ship the same day. You can expect your special order to arrive on average in 4 to 6 weeks. (Subject to change)

If you are not completely satisfied — for any reason — you may exchange your item within 14 days of purchase date, as long as the merchandise is in its original condition and has not been worked on by any other jeweler outside of Thomas Markle Jewelers. *Special orders are not exchangeable.
For online purchases, Thomas Markle Jewelers accepts exchanges 14 days from the date of delivery.

The only exception to our exchange policy is for items that are custom made for the wearer, which is known as a "Special Order." Such items include eternity bands and designer mountings. A Special Order is any item not currently "in stock" that is ordered per your request.
